Ooooo hey peoples, have you seen this stuff, CBD oil?
Well, I was introduced to it by my mom (who now thinks she's a drug lord or something), and I have to say its freaking awesome. Not the drug lord bit, the CBD oil bit.
Now, I'm secretly confident that this oil is going to help move my journey forward a nudge. I mean if using CBD oil helps me to control my anxiety, that's quite a lot of time, effort, and energy saved right there, Right?
*Alzheimer's disease = Antinflammatory, antioxidant, antiapoptotic, neuroinflammatory and neurodegenerative responses.
*Parkinson's disease = Neuroprotection; improvement of psychiatric rating and reduction of agitation, nightmare and aggressive behaviour in patients.
*Multiple sclerosis = Improved signs of EAE, anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties.
*Huntington's disease = Neuroprotective and antioxidant
*Pain = Analgesic effect in patients with neuropathic pain resistant to other treatments.
* Anxiety = Reduction of muscular tension, restlessness, fatigue, problems in concentration, improvement of social interactions, anxiety and *stress; reduced social anxiety
*Depression = Anti-depressant effect.
*Cancer = Antiproliferative and anti-invasive actions in a large range of cancer types; induction of autophagy-mediated cancer cell death; chemopreventive effects.
*Nausea = Suppression of nausea
*Inflammatory diseases = Antinflammatory properties.
*Infection = Activity against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus
*Inflammatory bowel and Crohn's diseases = Inhibition of macrophage recruitment and reduction in disease activity index in Crohn's patients.
*Cardiovascular diseases = Reduced infarct size through anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties

What is CBD?
CBD oil is extracted from the hemp plant/Cannabis sativa L. There are many identified cannabinoids in the cannabis plant but the main 2 of interest are Cbd & Thc;
THC = High in psychoactive cannabinoid, low in CBD
CBD = Low in psychoactive cannabinoid, high in CBD
So basically, even though it comes from cannabis plants, they are not the same.
The plants are cultivated in different ways.
CBD is usually given as a capsule, cream or liquid drops under the tongue and is commonly used for its therapeutic properties.
I am super excited about this being a natural remedy too, huh, a plant! A bloody plant is what is going to save me, save us haha...
This CBD oil stuff needs some serious research! But sod it, ‘You must tell anyone who struggles with any of the illnesses above to check CBD oil out for themselves.
It’s legal in many places but be sure to check for your location.

5 days of Cbd
Cbd oil for Social Anxiety
The first day - I had to go to a store I dreaded so did a few drops of Cbd oil (My 2nd dose) & no joke as I waited for the panic to rise into my throat, it never got there! I walked around the store feeling quite preoccupied at the fact I wasn’t sneaking up the isles trying to avoid human contact! It was a strange feeling like I’d forgot to bring something with me!
For muscle tension
Day 2 - As I lay for nap o'clock & did a little mindfulness I noticed that the tension in my body wasn't so extreme. Normally I have to put in a great deal of effort telling my muscles to stand down, this time I moulded into my cushions and comfort way quicker.
Day 3 - The family remarked that my mood was happier, cheeky gits! They were right though. Not quite Mary Poppins but a definite improvement.
Day 4 - Felt all over calmer, I didn't seem to have the inside shakes & was generally handling little stress' better.
Day 5 - While lying there mindfully going to sleep I realised my muscles (mainly neck, arms & legs) weren’t making me do the twitchy thing as fiercely. Wtf…
…This was the first 5 days guys! Amazing. A plant is what actually helps! I kind of want to look into previous medicines used like forever ago.
So far, for my own anxiety oh boy ‘yes'it works… Yeay... This combined with *mindfulness is extremely helpful with the keeping my focus on one thing but not so that I’m fixated on that thought.

Such a weird experience to NOT have your anxiety fully rise at a time it normally would, after so many years of struggle with it this I have to say was a pretty awesome feeling.
For this alone, I love CBD oil. My body still really hates me, it just refuses point blank to increase its pace or ease the pain.
